PAYROLL SERVICES

With the introduction of Single Touch Payroll (STP) it is now even more important to meet the payroll standards and requirements set by the ATO.

To ensure you meet STP standards and pay your employees correctly our payroll services include:

• Processing and payment of regular payroll(weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
• Setup and lodgement of Single Touch Payroll (STP) to meet ATO regulations
• Distribute employee payslips in a timely manner after each pay run
• Setup new employees and review and submit required documents to ATO

BAS & EOFY SERVICES

Accurate and on time lodgements are paramount in meeting the ATO requirements. The ATO has an expectation of all business owners to meet the deadlines and lodge true and accurate records.

As registered BAS Agents with the Tax Practitioners Board we are authorised agents to review and lodge BAS, IAS and TPAR to the ATO as well as Superannuation to your chosen superannuation clearing house.

Non-compliance of ATO lodgements and deadlines can result in penalties and fines and may have a negative impact on your business and financial activities.

We are also qualified to provide your accountant with reviewed and completed financials ready for your tax return review to help reduce accountant fees.

Our BAS services include: 

• Full BAS review and reconciliation of the accounting file, clarification and correction of gst coding and transaction processing plus GST reconciliation to ensure all is correct and compliant as per ATO rulings prior to lodgement.
• IAS lodgements relating to PAYG Withholdings include full payroll reconciliation to ensure wages have been processed and reported correctly and ATO payments match reported figures
• IAS Lodgements relating to PAYG Instalments payments including clarification with accountant when required
• Superannuation lodgements including full payroll reconciliation to ensure super lodged and paid is correct. Super is lodged in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for payments to reach employees funds and to avoid ATO fines and penalties for late lodgement.
• Annual review of contractor payments and lodgement of Taxable Payments Annual Report (TPAR)
